Internationally accredited business communicator (ABC) and certified development project manager (CDPM) Dr. Donna Vincent Roa is the author of numerous articles and four books, including The Value of Water: A Compendium of Essays by Smart CEOs. Currently, Donna is the Project Director of USAID’s Partnerships Incubator, a $47M global service hub set up to expand USAID’s partnership capacity, diversify and strengthen its partner base, and help partner organizations on their readiness to work with the agency.

 

Donna previously served as Chief of Party of the award-winning SWFF Technical Assistance Facility, where she catalyzed social impact entrepreneurship in the water-agriculture nexus. Before joining the Kaizen Company, she held senior executive roles in communication at the World Bank, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and two USAID-funded projects. She also served as an Environment Commissioner for the City of Rockville and a social scientist with USIA.

 

Globally recognized as a brand expert and champion for water, sustainability, agriculture, and the environment, she was one of ten social scientists to conduct research in world capitals for the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s first redesign of the $100 bill. Donna is also a certified prompt engineer and a professionally trained voice actor with a doctorate in international communication and trade. She has worked and traveled in 49 countries.
