Dina manages Digital Transformation strategy for education systems at Microsoft.  In her role, she empowers education leaders worldwide to innovate education and educate students for innovation through resources and programs that accelerate sustainable and scalable digital transformation.  Dina is passionate about opening a world of opportunities to all children through education and she sees technology as a catalyst for realizing this vision.  Throughout her career, she has been a change leader who managed systemic transformation in settings with varying degrees of complexity.  Prior to Microsoft, she led education transformation as the director of academic innovation at a school system in San Francisco.  Prior to that, she advised and supported schools and governments worldwide on transforming education using technology at Intel Corporation.  During the early part of her career at Intel, she developed expertise in various IT capacities: agile process improvement and coaching, adult eLearning, use case analysis, change management, and software development.  Dina holds dual master’s degrees—one in Education from Columbia University and another in Computer Engineering from West Virginia University.
