Daniel has completed consulting assignments in 26 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. His expertise in USAID and U.S. government-funded projects spans full-cycle recruitment, salary negotiations, local labor compliance, and team formation under tight timelines. He has contributed to over 100 winning USAID proposals and is widely recognized for designing and delivering trainings on proposal strategy, project management, and international development consulting. Daniel is a frequent speaker at universities and development industry forums and is known for his high-quality, timely service and values-driven mentorship. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is fluent in English and German, with additional proficiency in French, Spanish, and Arabic. He’s an Ironman, Eagle Scout, and proud father of twins.
