During her tenure at Chemonics International., a leading international development consulting firm, she served as the Project Director for Economic Growth in the Middle East and North Africa Region. There, she managed a substantial portfolio of projects, totaling more than $200 million, in Tunisia and Jordan focusing on business competitiveness, leveraging foreign direct investment, and entrepreneurship. Over her 12 years with Chemonics, Christy played a pivotal role in promoting access to finance, women's economic empowerment, and innovative technology solutions across more than 30 countries.
