Founder of Women Empowered Leave Legacies Through Trade and Investment (WELLTI), a flagship program focusing on empowering women entrepreneurs to recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a career spanning nearly three decades and diplomatic postings across four countries and three continents, Richardson has championed women's empowerment, shaped policies for the Middle East & Africa, and promoted U.S. exports to diverse regions worldwide. She joined Counterpart to expand their new Women's Empowerment practice.
