Success Story - From a 2019 SID-W Career Fair attendee to representing RTI at SID-W's 2019 Annual Conference:

"At the time of the 2019 Career Fair, one of the many roles RTI was actively recruiting for was a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Intl Recruiter that could support our business development and domestic hiring efforts. Ms. L approached our booth and engaged with me about openings at RTI. We discussed her experience, what she was looking for in her next role, and what we were looking for in an international recruiter at RTI. I asked her to submit a formal application via our careers site and promised to pass her resume onto the hiring manager. Fast forward to April 2019 and Ms. L officially joined RTI’s International Development Group as the newest member of the Talent Acquisition team! With the SID-W 2019 Annual Conference in May, I asked Ms. L to join me in supporting the RTI booth so she could get some hands-on experience with these events from the employer side. Ms. L joined me at the Annual Conference and we had a great experience representing RTI, connecting with industry peers, and bringing the story full-circle – from a candidate at the career fair to representing her new employer at the conference!
